A refundable security deposit of 25% of the booking total will be applied to secure a reservation. For example, A $100 total booking would incur a $25 deposit at time of reservation through our online portal. The deposit is payable with a credit card at the time of booking. After your visit is completed and we have assessed that there was no damage to the room or equipment, we will refund the security deposit. Please allow 3-4 business days for the funds to return to the original form of payment.
Bookings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time; otherwise, the host may forfeit their deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the rental fee.
