Customer Service Policy

Deposit Policy

We will charge a deposit ($50-$100) to secure a reservation. The deposit is payable with a credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time; otherwise, the host may forfeit their deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the rental fee.

Smoking Policy

Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited in the building. Room occupants found smoking will be fined $250.

About Allergy

At the moment of reservation, you must inform us about your allergy information.

Illegal Activity

Any illegal activity within the US is strictly prohibited in the building. Room occupants engaged in such activities will be reported to the Los Angeles Police Department, and the party will be required to leave. The host may forfeit their deposit.

Vomit Clean-Up

In the event of vomiting in the establishment, the host’s deposit will be forfeited, and a $250 fee will be charged for vomit clean-up in the rooms.

Property Damage

For any property damage, the host may forfeit their deposit and/or be charged for the damage. Our staff will inspect the room’s condition before and after the party’s arrival and departure. A minimum of $250 fee will be charged for property damage caused by the party.

Outside Food/Drinks

Outside food and drinks are NOT permitted, including tumbler/hydro flask. Room occupants found bringing such items will be fined $250. However, for special occasion items like a birthday cake, we may waive this policy. Please contact us in advance.

Time Limit Policy

A strict 5-minute policy is enforced. Room occupants and guests must exit the room within 5 minutes after the party’s conclusion. If guests remain in the room longer than the reserved time, the host may forfeit their deposit. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. If the party has not arrived or called via phone within 15 minutes after the reservation time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the host will be charged 100% of the rental fee.

Decoration Policy

We are happy to accommodate event decorations. However, for certain types of decorations such as confetti, glitter, or tape on the walls, we may charge a cleaning fee of $150. Please advise us in advance.

Minors Policy

We will inquire if there are any minors in the party at the time of reservation. No alcoholic beverages will be served if minors are present.

Capacity Limit

Each room has a capacity limit, and hosts are expected to adhere to it. If the party exceeds the room limit, the host will be fined $250. Extra guests may be required to stay in the common area or move to a room with a larger capacity.

Periodically, we may send updates to your registered email address about our latest offerings and services. Rest assured, your email will be used exclusively for dots space’s communications and will not be shared with or used by any external entities.
